Trang Ho — Integrative Therapist & Counsellor
I aim to be a companion to clients, supporting them as they explore their thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns, with particular attention to their relationships with themselves and others. Sessions are conducted at your own pace in a calm, casual, and relaxed environment.
Approach to Therapy
I integrate different therapeutic approaches to help clients explore not only what is happening in their present life but also gently understand the patterns and experiences shaping how they feel, think, and relate to others. When helpful, I may share observations or name dynamics within the therapeutic space, always with care and in your best interest. Therapy with me is collaborative, shaped around your needs, goals, and what feels most supportive.
Background & Experience
Before training as a therapist, I worked in Human Resources and hold a Master’s degree in Education from University College Dublin, as well as a diploma in School Counselling in Vietnam. Having lived and studied in different countries, and spent much of my life away from home, I understand the challenges of multicultural environments and the emotional complexity of building a life in a new place.
Philosophy
Above all, I care deeply about helping you feel less alone in what you are going through. I aim to provide a space where you can begin to understand yourself more fully, develop a compassionate relationship with yourself, and move towards a life that feels more grounded and connected.
