SharingPoint
Group therapy & counselling in Coolock

Sometimes talking to other people who have experienced similar difficulties can be an important part of recovery. SharingPoint is a counselling organisation based in Coolock whose core service is group therapy, facilitated by two experienced counsellors.

Their groups provide a supportive space where people can explore their experiences alongside others, with professional guidance from trained facilitators.

SharingPoint also offers one-to-one counselling for a smaller number of clients who feel that individual therapy would be a better fit for them.
