D9 Therapy & Wellness was founded by Wiktoria Fraczek and Ian Croft with a shared vision: to create a safe, client-focused space for healing and personal growth in the heart of Santry, Dublin.

Since opening in September 2023, the clinic has provided professional, empathetic counselling services tailored to individual needs, offering a range of therapies in a supportive, spiritually informed environment.

Wiktoria leads the clinical and business direction of the practice, managing therapy services, practitioner support, and client experience. Her focus is on ensuring that every aspect of care reflects the clinic’s values of empathy, integrity, and personal connection.

Ian oversees the operational and facilities side of the business, drawing on his extensive background in maintenance and service management. He ensures the clinic environment remains safe, functional, and welcoming—supporting both clients and therapists behind the scenes through strong infrastructure and efficient service delivery.
