Gavin ODea

I work from a person-centred, humanistic approach and aim to offer a safe and supportive space for self-understanding and growth. I’m interested in exploring difficulties not only through talking and thinking, but also through how experiences are felt and lived in the body. From this perspective, distress is understood as a meaningful response to life experiences rather than a flaw to be fixed, and greater awareness can support people in relating differently to anxiety, depression, burnout, or a sense of feeling stuck.
