Do I need a referral to start therapy?

No, you can book directly with one of our therapists. A referral is not required.

Can I attend sessions online?

Yes, we offer both in-person and secure online therapy sessions.

That’s perfectly okay. Your therapist will help you feel at ease and guide the conversation.

Yes, we understand life happens. You can reschedule or cancel with 24 hours' notice.

We have 3 differnt counselling rooms available to rent on an hourly basis.

All suitable for general talk therapy, couples counselling, adoloscent counselling or child therapy.

All therapists book hourly slots between our three rooms on an hourly basis.

Availability differs slightly from week to week.

Therapists can book as many slots as they want from Monday - Sunday.

At the moment, availability is limited and taken up for weekday evenings, meaning that we only have availability during weekends and mornings.
