“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
— C.S. Lewis
I am a fully qualified and pre-accredited therapist (IACP) with a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, which I achieved through PCI College and Middlesex University.
I am a compassionate therapist who supports clients in developing curiosity about themselves and navigating life’s ups and downs with greater self-understanding and resilience.
At times in life, we can find ourselves feeling stuck — whether in our work, relationships, or other areas of our lives. Sometimes it may be something from the past that continues to hold us back; at other times, life may simply be asking more of us than we feel able to manage.
I offer a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental space where you can take time for yourself, feel heard and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing. Together, we can gently explore your thoughts, understand your emotions and uncover the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck, creating space for meaningful and lasting change.
Person-centred at heart, my therapeutic approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s individual needs and experiences. I draw on a range of therapeutic interventions to support clients in developing practical tools and strategies, reconnecting with themselves, and navigating the challenges of everyday life with greater confidence and self-awareness.
