Fully Qualified Psychotherapist
Pre-accredited with APCP

I’m Sophie, I’m a fully qualified Psychotherapist, pre-accredited with APCP. I offer a safe, warm, compassionate, supportive space where you can talk openly and be met with understanding and respect. I am a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) holding a Bachelors Degree in Psychology (Hons) followed by a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Hons).

I work collaboratively with my clients, tailoring to each individual while taking time to really listen and to understand the experiences that have shaped them, the challenges they face and the goals that they have. I work with a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges, including Anxiety, Depression, Panic Disorder, Low Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues / Marital Breakdown, Sexual Issues, Eating Disorders, ADHD / ADD, Grief and Bereavement, Trauma & PTSD, Stress & Burnout, Mood Instability, Life Changes and Personal Development.

I work with many therapeutic approaches, tailored to each client and their needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Integrative Psychotherapy, Humanistic Therapy and Pluralistic Therapy.

I take the time to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and explore practical and meaningful ways to move forward.

Therapy with me is not about judgment or quick fixes, but about collaboratively focusing on what matters to you as I believe everyone deserves to understand their story and feel at home in their own mind. If you’re ready to take the first step toward feeling more like yourself, I’d be glad to support you. Side by side, we’ll help you feel more like yourself again.
