If things have been feeling anxious, overwhelming, or stuck, you’re not alone. Many people come to therapy feeling caught in cycles of stress, burnout, or low mood without fully understanding why.
I work with people who are:
- Feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed
- Experiencing low mood or feeling stuck
- Struggling with relationships or family difficulties
- Dealing with self-doubt, shame, or low confidence
- Navigating life changes or emotional challenges
I offer a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s going on at your own pace.
Together, we work to understand the patterns behind your thoughts and emotions, and what may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or feeling stuck.
The aim is to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and more like yourself again.
What to expect in therapy:
- A calm, supportive, and confidential space
- No pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready
- Working at your pace
- Gaining insight into patterns and emotional responses
- Developing practical coping strategies over time
Couples Therapy
Relationships can feel deeply rewarding but also challenging. I support couples who are experiencing difficulties with communication, trust, emotional connection, or intimacy.
In sessions, we create a safe space to explore what is happening between you, with the aim of rebuilding understanding and healthier communication.
- Communication difficulties
- Emotional disconnection
- Trust issues and infidelity
- Intimacy or sexual concerns
- Ongoing conflict or misunderstandings
