Jessica Tracey — Pre-Accredited Student Psychotherapist

Hi, I'm Jessica. I hold a degree in Psychology and am currently training as a psychotherapist.

My background includes working across a range of support settings, including the homelessness sector, domestic violence services, and as a family support worker. These experiences have shaped how I understand people — not just through the difficulties they face, but through their resilience, relationships, and individual stories.

Areas I Work With
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, burnout, family conflict, relationship difficulties, and other mental health challenges.

My Approach
My approach is informed by psychotherapy and counselling, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while always being guided by the person in front of me and what they need from the space. I work in a non-judgemental, supportive, and collaborative way.

Therapeutic Space
I believe each person carries their own experiences and struggles, which can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to express. I offer a warm, safe space where you can speak openly and at your own pace.

Together, we can begin to make sense of what's going on, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful, manageable change.
