Pre-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist (IACP)
I am a pre-accredited integrative psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space for healing and personal growth. My approach is flexible and client-centred, tailoring therapy to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities—including Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, Gestalt Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Somatic Techniques—to create a holistic understanding of the challenges my clients face. As a trauma-informed therapist, I am particularly attuned to how past experiences shape present difficulties, helping clients move toward healing and resilience at a pace that feels right for them.
I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, workplace challenges, relationship difficulties, family dynamics, women’s health, and trauma. I believe strongly in fostering a safe and inclusive space, where every aspect of a client’s identity is respected.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping clients connect with their true, authentic selves. My approach is rooted in collaboration, ensuring that clients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
