D9 Therapy & Wellness

We're Officially Finished... For Now! ✨

Our Lilmar Avenue clinic is ready, our team has grown, and we're excited to welcome you into this new chapter of D9 Therapy & Wellness. And who knows? This is only the beginning, with more room for our team to grow in the future!

After plenty of planning, decorating and getting everything ready, our new clinic at 10 Lilmar Avenue, Santry is officially complete... for now! As D9 continues to grow, we're excited about what the future may bring and the possibility of welcoming even more practitioners to our team.

We've created a welcoming space for people to access support through different stages of life, whether they're navigating a difficult period personally, working through relationship challenges, looking for support for their child, or exploring new ways to express themselves through creative therapy.

Practitioners. A wide range of support.

Our Lilmar Avenue team brings together practitioners with different backgrounds, therapeutic approaches and areas of experience. This means we can offer a broad range of support for individuals, couples, families, children and young people, with options to suit different circumstances and budgets.

Support for different needs and stages of life

Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. Our team offers a variety of services, allowing people to explore the type of support that feels most appropriate for them.

Early Intervention, Children & Teenagers

Support for young children, adolescents and families, including early development, behaviour, communication, emotional wellbeing and the challenges that can arise throughout childhood and adolescence.

Our team includes:
Chloe Hanaphy, Sinead Moran and Sinéad Ní Fhionnachta.

Couples Counselling & Family Therapy

Relationships can bring connection and support, but they can also experience difficult periods. Couples and family work can provide space to explore communication, recurring conflict, relationship changes and family dynamics.

Our team includes:
Sinéad Ní Fhionnachta, who works with couples and families, and Virginia Pop, who also works with couples.

Art Therapy & Creative Approaches

Talking isn't the only way to explore thoughts and feelings. Art therapy and other creative approaches can offer alternative ways to express experiences, develop self-understanding and work through difficult emotions.

Our team includes:
Liam Meates and Alix Gillece, both offering art therapy for individuals aged 16 and over.

Low-Cost Counselling

Accessing support can be difficult when finances are tight. We offer low-cost counselling options with practitioners at different stages of their professional training, helping make therapy more accessible.

Our team includes:
Joel Whitman, Dearbhla McCarthy, Natalia Gorelova, Josh Mallin, Grace Johnston and Alicia Kavanagh.

Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy

Individual therapy can provide space to explore anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, past experiences, relationships and other personal challenges. Our practitioners draw on a range of therapeutic approaches.

Our team includes:
Bronagh Stewart, Tracy Brady, Patrick O'Hanlon, Virginia Pop, Dave Lynam, Marina Lopez, Alex Bogomoletz and Kristina Golub Fabris.

Different Perspectives, Different Approaches

Our practitioners bring a variety of therapeutic backgrounds, including person-centred, integrative, humanistic, systemic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches, alongside mindfulness and creative methods where appropriate.

The approach used depends on the individual practitioner, their training and experience, and the needs of the person or people seeking support.

From Early Childhood to Adulthood

One of the things we're particularly pleased about is the breadth of ages and circumstances our wider team can support. Different practitioners work with different age groups, so we can help people explore the available options.

Early childhood Development and early intervention
Children & teens Support through growing up
Individuals Personal challenges and wellbeing
Couples & families Relationships and family dynamics

A Growing Team, With Accessibility in Mind

We know that finding the right therapist can take time. Different people need different approaches, and practical considerations such as availability, age range and cost can all play a part.

That's why we're pleased to have practitioners offering different services and fee options, including low-cost counselling. Each practitioner works within their own training, experience and scope of practice, and the most suitable option will depend on the support being sought.

We're proud to have brought together such a varied team under one roof. While our new clinic is ready for this chapter, D9 is still growing, and we're excited to see what the future holds for our team and the people we support.
