Hi, I’m Brian. I believe that each of us needs to feel secure, valued, and genuinely listened to. At times, the deeper parts of ourselves can become overwhelmed by the demands of daily life and past experiences. Through therapy, we can begin to listen more closely to those inner feelings and voices — the ones we may hesitate to express. Together, we can explore which parts are holding you back and which can help you move forward, creating more freedom and agency in your life.
Simply reading this is already a first step in the process. If you decide to continue, I will provide a relaxed, confidential, and non-judgemental space where we can work together to bring greater clarity and insight into yourself and your life.
In my practice, I draw on a number of approaches, adapting to what works best for you. My core orientation is Person-Centred, which places you — the client — at the very heart of the process, in the belief that you hold the key to unlocking your own potential.
