You have reached the point when you feel you cannot deal with the difficulties of your life on your own anymore? Or you seek to find answers?
I am here to listen
I am here to help!
My name is Amanda Ancsa. I hold an Honors degree in counselling and psychotherapy, that I obtained from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences. I have great compassion in counselling; I believe that everyone has the capacity and the inner strength that can be utilized to a happier and more fulfilling life. I work with a humanistic- integrative approach that is based on a strong therapeutic relationship in which clients can feel heard and that they are not alone with their problems, and which approach allows me to tailor the therapeutic process to the client’s needs. My life experiences in different countries and having a multicultural family have led to a very open mind embracing the diversity of individualities and the colorfulness of different cultures. Through my work I provide a safe, non-judgmental, empathic environment.
I will work in collaboration with you to put the “puzzle” together. This will aim to help you to work through the presenting problem, to strengthen your identity and your confidence, and to plan/ work towards a more satisfying brighter future.
