Sinead

I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space for adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or the lasting impact of trauma. I aim to help you feel heard and understood as we explore what is happening for you and work towards meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centred, drawing on evidence-based and trauma-informed practices. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to explore patterns, develop emotional awareness, and build resilience and self-compassion.

I hold an honours degree in Social Care and bring extensive experience supporting adults in frontline and community-based settings. This background strongly informs my therapeutic work, particularly in understanding complex life experiences, emotional distress, and the impact of relationships and systems on wellbeing.

Whether you are seeking support through a difficult period or wishing to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, I aim to provide a safe, respectful space where you can explore, heal, and grow.
