Ingrid — Psychologist & Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist (Trainee)

I invite you to speak freely — without the need to "look good" or edit yourself. The rule is simple: say whatever comes to mind. What changes might become possible in your life when you encounter such an approach?

About me: I am a Psychologist with a PSI-accredited BA (Hons) in Psychology, and hold additional certifications from leading universities including Yale (Addiction Treatment), the University of Toronto (The Arts and Science of Relationships: Understanding Human Needs), and the University of Edinburgh (Know Thyself: The Unconscious). Over the past 12 years, I have worked with people of diverse ages, backgrounds, and needs. I am currently training as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist at St Vincent’s University Hospital, through the University College Dublin programme.

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of challenges, including: anxiety, depression, mood management, work-related stress and burnout, overthinking, loneliness, relationship difficulties, trauma and PTSD, OCD, social anxiety, panic attacks, sleep issues and vivid dreams, sexuality, substance misuse, addictions, and other sensitive or taboo topics.
