Ingrid — Psychologist & Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist (Trainee)
I invite and help you to speak freely—no need to “look good” or edit yourself here. Think of our sessions as a clear mirror: when you hear your own words, you begin to see yourself more fully. You think in words, and as you speak them aloud to the therapist, you rewrite and re-signify your story - give new meaning into old thoughts.
As your therapist, I’m not here to steer you with my own advice or tell you how to live your life. Instead, I listen without judgment to what you say, what you repeat, and what you leave unsaid. Bring your dreams, recurring images, or sudden memories into our sessions. The rule is simple: say what comes to mind.
Together, we’ll trace the paths of your speech to see a whole new wor(l)d. What would happen to your mental life when you encounter such an approach?
