Robert — Person-Centred Therapist / Trainee Art Therapist
Hi, I’m Robert. I am here to support and guide you on your unique path toward self-discovery, healing, and growth. My approach is person-centred, meaning you remain in control of the journey — we move at your pace, on your terms.
I offer a safe, open, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, workplace challenges, or issues related to self-esteem and identity, I will walk beside you as we explore these experiences together.
I am currently training as an Art Therapist at the Dublin Art Therapy College, and I integrate creative expression into sessions when it feels right for you. Art can be a powerful tool for communication and self-exploration — and you don’t need any art skills to benefit from it. Sometimes, even a simple sketch or scribble can express what words cannot.
Beginning or returning to therapy can feel overwhelming, but taking that first step is already a move in the right direction. My goal is to listen, support you, and help you build confidence in a way that feels authentic and empowering. Together, we can create space for growth and clarity.
